1. No Refunds:

The WRSF operates with a strict no-refund policy for event fees and payments. Once fees are paid for participation in any WRSF event or service, they are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Fees:

Fees paid for WRSF events or services cannot be transferred to another participant, event, or services.

3. Event Cancellation by WRSF:

In rare cases where WRSF cancels an event due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events), WRSF may review the situation and consider offering alternative options or credits for future events at its discretion.

Any exception to the no-refund policy must be explicitly stated in writing by WRSF and is subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acknowledgment:

By registering for a WRSF event or service and submitting payment, participants acknowledge and accept the non-refundable and non-transferable nature of the fees.
